How Many Indicators Do You Really Need?

Meet the FREEBALLIN Trade Toolkit:

The only indicator you need for charting.

Ever opened TradingView and realised you've got more indicators running than you can remember setting up?

Moving averages, fair value gaps, volume profiles, previous highs and lows, session markers, higher-timeframe candles… and that's before you've started looking for a trade.

Sound familiar?

The funny thing is, most day traders aren't looking for more information. They're trying to make sense of the information they've already got.

Where's price sitting? What's the bigger picture? Which levels matter? And is there actually a trade worth taking?

That's the thinking behind the FREEBALLIN™ Trade Toolkit.

We wanted to bring the charting tools we regularly use together in one place, without turning the chart into a drop down menu.

One Toolkit. One Chart. Your Way.

Start With the Bigger Picture

Before getting caught up in the next five-minute candle, it helps to understand where price is sitting.

Is the market trading above or below yesterday's high? Are we approaching an important weekly level? What's happening on the hourly or four-hour chart?

These are the sorts of questions many day traders ask before looking for an entry.

Toolkit brings together previous daily, weekly and monthly reference levels, higher-timeframe candles, unmitigated levels and a daily/weekly market bias panel.

You can even display higher-timeframe candles alongside your current chart.

So, if you're trading the five-minute timeframe, you can keep an eye on the hourly and four-hour candles without constantly switching charts.

Less clicking around. More time understanding what's happening.

Not All Four-Hour Ranges Are Created Equal

Here's one of our favourite features.

Most traders are familiar with four-hour candles. But what if the four-hour period you're interested in doesn't line up with the standard chart boundaries?

Maybe you trade the London session, the New York open or a particular window that consistently interests you.

With Toolkit, you can configure your own four-hour range analysis.

You can display successive four-hour ranges, select specific recurring periods or create a completely custom measurement window.

Want to see how price behaves around the same time each day?

Keep historical ranges visible and compare.

Prefer to focus on what's happening now?

Hide previous ranges as new ones develop.

Toolkit can display range highs, lows, opening prices, 25%, 50% and 75% levels, along with qualifying sweeps of the range highs and lows.

That gives you a useful framework for observing how price interacts with different areas of a range.

And importantly, you choose the trading hours that matter to you.

What About Volume?

Price tells us where the market has traded. Volume adds another layer of context.

Where has trading activity been concentrated? Where's the point of control? Is price moving through an established value area or exploring new territory?

Toolkit includes both completed and developing volume profiles.

You can configure the periods you want to analyse, display the point of control (POC), value-area high (VAH) and value-area low (VAL), and observe how the developing profile changes during your selected session.

For traders who use volume alongside market structure and key levels, bringing that information together can make chart analysis more convenient.

It's not about finding a magic level.

It's about having relevant information available when you're assessing the market.

Build Your Chart Around Your Trading Style.

Not everyone trades breakouts. Not everyone trades reversals. And not everyone wants twenty different lines across their screen.

That's why we've made Toolkit configurable.

Beyond ranges and volume, you can use:

  • Fair value gaps (FVGs) across selected timeframes.

  • Multi-timeframe EMAs and VWAP for additional technical context.

  • Trading sessions with configurable times and displays.

  • Previous daily, weekly and monthly levels and sweep markers.

  • Unmitigated levels to track selected reference prices.

  • Custom targets to mark areas you're watching.

  • Higher-timeframe candles and market bias to keep the broader picture visible.

Use everything, use a few features or switch most of them off.

Adjust the colours, labels, line styles and chart layout until you've got something that works for you.

Your chart doesn't need to look like someone else's trading setup.

Does More Information Make You a Better Trader?

Not necessarily.

You can have every indicator under the sun and still take a terrible trade.

We've all seen a chart that looks perfect in hindsight. Every level makes sense, every move seems obvious, and somehow the live session was a completely different story!

That's trading.

The Toolkit isn't designed to predict market direction or tell you when to buy and sell.

It's designed to support your own analysis and planning.

Whether you're watching a breakout, identifying a potential sweep, assessing a range or waiting for price to reach a particular level, the decision to trade remains yours.

Good tools support a trading system. They don't replace one.

One Toolkit. Multiple Markets.

The FREEBALLIN™ Trade Toolkit works with a broad range of compatible TradingView charts, including futures, forex and CFDs.

Unlike our Trade Manager products, which currently focus primarily on futures trade management, Toolkit is a standalone chart-analysis product.

You don't need Trade Manager Pro or Lite to use it.

And you don't need to trade a particular strategy.

Whether you're analysing NASDAQ futures, gold, forex or another supported market, you can configure the Toolkit around the information you prefer.

Some features depend on chart timeframes and available market data.

See It in Action!

We've put together a YouTube walkthrough showing the Toolkit in action, including its configurable four-hour ranges, volume profiles, higher-timeframe candles and chart customisation.

Rather than explaining every setting here, we'll let the charts do the talking.

The Only Indicator You Need for Charting?

That's what we set out to build.

A comprehensive collection of charting and analysis tools, brought together in one configurable TradingView indicator.

Not another strategy. Not another signal service. And definitely not a promise that every trade will work out.

Just practical tools designed by traders who understand the value of having the right information on the chart.

Because sometimes the biggest improvement isn't adding another indicator.

It's bringing everything together and making it work for you.

One Toolkit. One Chart. Your Way.
