Terms of Service
Welcome to FREEBALLIN™. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our SaaS platform, designed for advanced trade management. By creating an account or using our tools, you agree to be bound by these conditions. Our service is provided specifically for traders who configure their own strategies using TradingView alerts and webhooks. We do not provide financial advice, nor do we execute trades based on our own discretion.
The user maintains full responsibility for all trade parameters initiated through the FREEBALLIN™ system. While our software assists in automating stop-loss management, take-profit levels, and trailing stops, the initial entry and risk configuration are strictly manual. FREEBALLIN™ shall not be held liable for market slippage, technical interruptions in third-party webhook services, or losses resulting from user-configured logic errors.
Access to our platform is subscription-based. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services if a user violates our acceptable use policy, which includes attempts to reverse-engineer our proprietary webhook infrastructure or use the platform for unauthorized automated high-frequency trading beyond the intended manual bridge functionality. Intellectual property rights for the FREEBALLIN™ branding and software logic remain exclusively with the company.
Trading cryptos and other financial instruments involves significant risk. Our platform is a technical utility for manual trade management and does not guarantee profitability. You acknowledge that you have the necessary expertise to handle TradingView alerts and understand the implications of the webhook instructions you send to our system. These terms are subject to change as we evolve our features and integrations.
Billing Agreement
Subscriptions to FREEBALLIN™ operate on an automated, recurring billing cycle. By activating a plan, you authorize periodic charges to your designated payment method at the start of each term until formal cancellation. Failed payments will result in the immediate suspension of all platform tools.
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees or introduce new service costs upon notice via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of our software following such price adjustments constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated financial terms and billing structure.
Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel at any time via their dashboard. Access persists until the end of the current paid term. All sales are final; we do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments for partial billing cycles or unused service time.
